Lo cierto es que me cuesta a mi ayudarte a ciegas, sin saber cuál es el error que la Aplicación dicta.
De todas, formas, noté que en tu dispositivo no hay suficiente memoria interna, la aplicación de Outlook (y todas las aplicación, para ser justos) necesitan un mínimo de espacio libre para funcionar, y aqui no hay el suficiente.

Tu tienes aproximadamente 300 MB libres, la aplicación necesita de 500 MB a 1 GB.

La solución es que liberes espacio en el dispositivo, necesitas al menos 500MB libres y luego debes reiniciar el dispositivo. Una vez que hayas cumplidos estos pasos, no deberías tener más este inconveniente.
