Después de verificar los certificados del servidor, encontré el origen del problema. A pesar de que los servidores cumplen con los requerimientos, el error de configuración se origina en el certificado del dominio.

El certificado instalado en el dominio, no lo contempla “grupoheras.es” en la lista de nombres, sólo está listado “piensasolutions.com”.

La aplicación ha reconocido esto y por eso la cuenta no funciona correctamente. Para corregirlo, debes solicitar a tu administrador o al proveedor de hospedaje que incluya el dominio y/o los servidores en la tabla de nombres del certificado.
